Dispatch

We dispatch orders from China through Yanwen within 48 hours after payment is received. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. This is our dispatch timeframe, not a promise that your parcel will arrive within 48 hours.

Shipping charge and delivery

Standard shipping costs USD 3.74 per order to our currently available destinations. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Transit times vary by destination, carrier service and customs processing.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated time, we will contact you about the delay and your options to agree to a revised dispatch date or cancel for a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Import charges

Customers are responsible for applicable destination import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees and carrier handling charges. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charge unless expressly shown as collected at checkout. Where permitted by the destination rules and shipping service, the carrier or customs authority may require payment before delivery. TEABAG does not pay or reimburse these customer import charges. This policy does not override any tax collection obligations imposed on us by law or your statutory consumer rights.
