Email 506543529@qq.com with your order number, the items concerned and a clear statement of your decision to cancel or return. You do not need our approval to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. Contact us for the correct return address and instructions; do not assume that an address on the parcel is the return address.
EU, UK and other mandatory withdrawal rights
Where EU or UK distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw from an ordinary online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If applicable law gives you a longer period or additional rights, those rights apply. For items in one order delivered separately, the statutory period starts from receipt of the last item where required by law.
After notifying us, send the goods back within the following 14 days. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, to the extent permitted by law.
For a change-of-mind return, the goods are returned to China and you pay the direct return shipping cost. For a full statutory withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and our standard outbound delivery cost. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option you specifically chose are not refunded where the law allows this.
We issue the refund using the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Voluntary returns for other orders
Where no longer statutory cancellation or return period applies, you may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days after delivery. Send the goods back within 14 days after your notice, in their received condition allowing reasonable inspection. You pay return postage to China. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we refund the returned item price to the original payment method within 14 days. Original outbound shipping is not refunded under this voluntary offer unless applicable law requires it. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email 506543529@qq.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess it. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover return costs when required by applicable law. The voluntary 7-day period does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods, or any other mandatory consumer rights.
